The St. Petersburg Yacht Club, established in 1909 and one of the oldest yacht clubs in America, hosted the well-attended 7:30 p.m. reception for Padron Corral and Vice Consul General Armando Bencomo who met and visited with invited Tampa Bay region civic, business and governmental officials. The visit by the Cuban officials included a tour over the weekend of St. Petersburg, a possible location for a new Cuban Cousulate.
