An alternate soundtrack to the Broadway smash Hamilton is coming Dec. 2. The Hamilton Mixtape features covers of the musical’s songs by artists like Busta Rhymes, Usher, Nas, Sia, Regina Spektor, and John Legend, along with an unreleased demo of a song that didn’t make the cut for the play. It has been highly anticipated by fans, as show writer Lin-Manuel Miranda has been promising the release of the mixtape throughout the year.
