“Luminous Passages” Art Exhibit Opens Today

“Water Reflections 13”, 2018, acrylic on canvas, by Candace Knapp/via the TECO Public Art Gallery

A solo exhibition by local artist Candace Knapp opens today (Nov. 2) at the TECO Public Art Gallery in downtown Tampa.

What makes the “Luminous Passages” exhibition “truly magical is the world created by Ms. Knapp in these beautiful, large-scale acrylic paintings of shimmering surfaces and reflections of sunlit spaces and deep, dark mysterious places,” according to the gallery at 702 N Franklin St.  The exhibit closes on Jan. 2.

The TECO Public Art Gallery is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  For information about the gallery,  contact Curator Debra Radke at dradke2@gmail.com. For information about Ms. Knapp, visit her website at www.candaceknapp.com.
