Vanity Fair: S.N.L.: Alec Baldwin Will Be Back as Trump This Weekend
Alec Baldwin was in his element at the annual American Museum of Natural History’s gala Thursday evening. Lorne Michaels presided over the event, per usual, lending it the feeling of a fancy Saturday Night Live office party. (It helped that a proverbial clown car also carried cast members into the Hall of Ocean Life.) After making it through the step-and-repeat, Kate McKinnon and Baldwin gave each other a long hug, like two old friends who have seen some things. Perhaps, though, the hug had something to do with Baldwin’s return to S.N.L. after a week off. He’ll reprise his role as Donald Trump this Saturday, playing the mogul as president-elect for the very first time.
Chris Wallace (Tom Hanks) moderates the final debate between Donald Trump (Alec Baldwin) and Hillary Clinton (Kate McKinnon) on Saturday Night Live.
