Denise Brown is hosting her annual Brooke’s Butterfly Bash from 6:30 to 10 p.m. on Jan. 18 at The Orlo House and Ballroom, 315 South Plant Avenue in Tampa. The fundraiser event beneifts the Florida Chapter of the Lupus Foundation of America and the Tampa General Hospital Foundation. Ms. Brown’s daughter, Brooke Brown, age 18, passed away five years ago from complications of Lupus. Various levels of sponsorship for the event are available. Individual tickets are $150.
