In his final State of the State address, Gov. Ron DeSantis didn’t ask Floridians to grade him on slogans or TV hits. He asked us to look at the ledger. The DeSantis era in a sentence: unapologetically conservative governance with real results for Floridians.
His agenda delivered limited government, fiscal discipline, billions in tax relief, and a stronger economy. He defended parental rights and backed law enforcement—making Florida a place where crime meets consequences.
The governor advanced real Everglades restoration, proving conservation can be practical, not political theater. And when medical authoritarianism swept the country, Florida stood for freedom and informed consent.
The lesson is simple: results beat rhetoric. Florida didn’t follow the crowd—DeSantis set the standard.
