A Starbucks Coffee kiosk opened Tuesday inside the Publix grocery store at 3615 W. Gandy Blvd. in south Tampa. The first Starbucks kiosk opened in early January inside a Winter Park Publix. The Florida-based grocer expects to open the kiosks in a number of its stores.
