“All the Letters I Never Sent” by Melissa Fair on display at the “Seeing Now” exhibit which highlights 14 artists/Via the HCC Ybor Gallery

The Seeing Now exhibition at the HCC Ybor Gallery is “a juried selection of works which share a contemporary woman’s perspective,” a press release stated. “The artwork com municates the current visible or hidden forces shaping the participating artists’ work.”
This evening (Thursday, July 19) a panel of the artists will explain the meaning and reasoning behind their works. The judge, Catherine Bergmann from the Dunedin Fine Arts Center, will also be in attendance. The talk starts at 6 p.m. and is open to the public.
Artists featured in “Seeing Now” include Paula Brett, Jenny Carey, Suzanne Camp Crosby, Kimberli Cummings, Melissa Fair, Eileen Goldenberg, Brenda Gregory, Cynthia Hennessy, Victoria Jorgensen, Candace Knapp, Kim Radatz, Debra Radke, Rose Rosen, and Suzanne Williamson.
The gallery is located on the first floor of the Ybor City Campus Performing Arts Building, Palm Ave. and 15th St.
