CASS Contemporary’s current exhibition, in partnership with the Epicurean Hotel, features work by Sebastien Feraut, aka Niark1.
“The different talents of French artist Sebastien Feraut, aka Niark1, are as multiple as are the eyes of the weird, wolfish creatures that inhabit his work,” notes the Epicurean website. “His trippy imagery, which manages a sense of darkness despite its beaming colors, fills illustrations and graphics as well as his own large paintings. The strong individual character of his work moves unscathed from his tactile, hand-made and mark-rich paintings to the crisp edges of his vector-based work.”
CASS, Contemporary Art Space & Studio, is a Tampa-based art gallery focusing on modern, collectible art pieces from local, regional, national and international artists. CASS presents various exhibitions throughout the year and offers lectures and workshops from emerging and established artists. The gallery also provides art-consulting services to individual collectors, as well as boutiques, banks, hospitals, restaurants and other businesses. In addition to assisting clients in selecting and purchasing artwork, the CASS mission is to provide a space for individuals to view and appreciate an array of art and engage in the art community.
