Welcome back to OnThePoint, this is Greg C. Truax.
I have a splash of good news.
President Trump has upped his campaign against low-flow showerheads.
The president recently took aim at Obama-Biden water regulations. He ordered the Energy Department to restore common sense and end a Biden rule that—get this—used 13,000 words to explain and define “showerhead.” The real clog is Congress. A 1992 law limits showerheads to a feeble trickle. Lawmakers should stop micromanaging the showers of 342 million Americans — and repeal the law. Leave it to bureaucrats and nanny-state, liberal politicians to keep dreaming up new restrictions.
